
Transport noise in Europe - An approach to the global nosie issue. Report from a CAETS initiative
Why are many noise problems in the world getting worse? Is it because we lack engineering knowledge or we lack political will? The main task for the International Institute of Noise Control Engineering (I-INCE) is to promote noise control engineering and to disseminate the technical
knowledge in our area. But it is obvious that besides the technology, policies at different levels play a key role. We have therefore included noise policies in our work.
