Comparison of Community Noise Management Methods between Shanghai City and New York City
This paper compares the laws and regulations as well as methods and technologies of community noise management in Shanghai City (SHC) in China and New York City (NYC) in the USA. Based on the findings, the paper proposes some suggestions for further improvements of urban community noise
management in China.
