A calculation method for air noise blocked by a sound insulation component
In this paper, a calculation method for air noise which is blocked by a sound insulation component is proposed and weight sound insulation of the component is employed. Sound sources with same overall sound pressure level but different sound pressure-frequency curves blocked by a same
sound insulation component are compared. Results show that it is not appropriate to predict air noise level by simple summation of overall sound pressure level and the summation of sound pressure of sound source and sound insulation component with same frequency is adopted for the prediction
of air noise level. Keywords: Overall sound pressure level, Weight sound insulation, Sound insulation component.
