Residents near a military airport were affected by the noise of small helicopters and complaints occurred. Being affected by helicopter noise for a long time will not only reduce the quality of the surrounding environment, but also seriously affect the health of local residents. In this paper, we selected the actual measurement survey of the impact of a military small airfield on the surrounding environment, and selected 8 representative measurement locations based on the noise vibration process experiment regulations. The measurement results N-5, N-6 exceeded the standard value of the noise environment. Then select 4 measurement positions, when the helicopter is running, the aircraft noise will affect the noise of the measurement point. Analysis results NP-1 (55WECPNL), NP-2 (58WECPNL), NP-3 (46WECPNL), NP-4 (62WECPNL). Aircraft noise has a wide range of impact, and single flight noise is prominent. I believe that the one-week LWECPNL unit evaluation is not reactive Actual noise impact, it is recommended to increase the LAMAX unit index
