Simulation and Experimental Study on Flow-Induced Noise of Underwater Wing Structure
With the development of acoustic stealth technology, propeller and mechanical noise have been effectively controlled, and the problem of flow-induced noise of underwater structures has become more and more prominent, which has become an important factor for ship radiated noise , and
it is necessary to study the flow-induced noise of underwater structures. The underwater wing structure is the largest protruding structure on the surface of the underwater vehicle. In this paper, the flow-induced noise of underwater wing structure is studied by means of simulation and experiment.
Firstly, the calculation method of flowinduced noise was verified. Then, the flow-induced noise of underwater wing structure was simulated and calculated based on ICEM and Actran. Finally, a model flow-induced noise test system was built in the reverberation box to verify the simulation conclusion.
The results show that: the large eddy simulation method can be used to simulate the flow-induced noise of underwater wing structures, and the results of the flow-induced noise test based on the reverberation box method agree well with the simulation results, and this method has certain reference
value for future research on flow-induced noise of underwater structures. Keywords: Flow-induced noise;Underwater wing structure;Reverberation box
