Sensitive Risk Assessment and Planning Protection Policies of noise pollution for egret
It is of great significance for maintaining the security and balance of urban ecosystems to study the impact of noise pollution on biological habitats and biodiversity in the urban environment and establish a hierarchical threshold system for the prevention and control of noise pollution.
In this paper, the Yundang, a lake area of Xiamen City in China, was taken as the research area. The local risk receptor-egret in this area was selected as the research object, which is susceptible to noise pollution. Using GIS and other technical methods, based on habitat identification,
local noise pollution measurement and sensitivity of the egret to noise in the Yundang Lake area, we conducted a risk level assessment of the egret against noise pollution from ecological, natural, social, and construction aspects. After analyzing collected data, we established hierarchical
divisions to prevent egret from the urban noise pollution. Propose planning and design countermeasures provided as references for relevant personnel from four aspects: traffic planning, land use and spatial layout, urban design guidelines, and social behavior guidelines.
