Free Content Ship Vibration and Noise Test Verification Based on Statistical Energy Analysis Method

In order to verify the validity of the simulation and estimation of ship vibration noise based on statistical energy analysis method, this paper designed a reinforced cylindrical shell structure model, tested the vibration and noise of the reinforced cylindrical shell structure, and analyzed the vibration and noise transmission characteristics of the structure. And then, the vibration and noise characteristics of stiffened cylindrical shell structures are studied based on the statistical energy analysis method. In addition the effectiveness of simulation and evaluation of ship vibration and noise based on statistical energy method is comparatively analyzed. The results show that the statistical energy analysis method has high accuracy in mid-high frequency range. When the modal number is greater than 4 in low frequency range, the accuracy error of underwater radiation noise in stiffened cylindrical shell structure is less than 3 dB, which meets the engineering requirements.
