Avoiding Neighbors Complaints because of Construction Site Noise
The construction branch booms in many regions in Germany, especially in cities like Berlin, Munich or Hamburg. This creates jobs, new flats originate, and cities grow. The reverse of this development are noise, dust and vibrations in the surroundings of the construction work. There
is also increased traffic because of building site lorries. Some building sites stretch for several years because in many places industrial buildings have to be torn down, before the excavation pit can be dug up and finally the constructing work can start. For the surrounding neighbors varied
changes are connected with it, so it comes increasingly to discomfort up to complaints before the courts, and in worst cases the shutdown of the building site, which is extremely costly for developers. With continuous communication and information of the public and the neighborhood, conflicts
can be avoided.
