
Beijing New Airports Noise Environmental Impact Assessment and Influence Factors Analysis
As the development of civil aviation, the aircraft noise pollution turned into a serious environmental problem in China. China already had more than 100 airports at the end of 2015.In the Thirteen Five Plan of China, the government plans to build more than 500 general airports. Airport
noise management and control will be a huge challenge for the government. Environmental noise impact assessment for a new airport is a key procedure of noise control. This paper used Beijing airport as an example, checked the environmental impact of the airport files, follow the airport development
and monitoring the communities around airport, used the after evaluation ways to analyst various influence factors. It could help improve the noise environment impact assessment accuracy and make whole process management of airport noise.
