In this study an integrated software, that is used in the evaluation of thermal acoustic phenomena in high density occupied spaces with complex geometry, as auditorium, is made.In the thermal component the software evaluates the internal airflow and the occupants' thermo-physiology, used in the sound study, and in the acoustical component the software evaluates the direct and indirect sound, using the thermal component. In this paper the grid generation theory of an auditorium with high occupation is made. The surrounding auditorium space surfaces and the external occupants' surfaces geometry, using geometric equations, are developed. The auditorium geometry and, in special, the occupants' geometry grid generation around the body, are presented. The software develops three grid generations: one to the computational fluid dynamic, other to the radiative heat exchanges and another to the sound. In the application, the auditorium geometry is made using the computer aid design, while the occupants' are made using geometry equations. In this preliminary study, after being presented the grid generation details, the auditorium internal thermal airflow field, the occupants' thermal distribution and the auditorium reverberation time is also evaluated.
