and institutions of higher learning in the following countries: Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Turkey, the Ukraine, and United Kingdom. These institutions are producing graduate engineers with formal training in
