The most common approach to developing these regulations considers only the nearby residents and how to best protect that community from unwanted noise. Though this method provides fundamental insight into localized noise impacts, the wider sphere of influence is often neglected. This work will investigate the effects of these regulatory limitations and explore possible ways to quantify impacts that are currently being overlooked.", }
