The purpose of this study is to evaluate the insulation performance of buildings against vibration. This concept has been introduced in the field of floor impact sound, but it has not been introduced much in the field of environmental vibration for buildings. In order to evaluate the "vibration insulation performance of residential floor", it is necessary first to consider the evaluation amount of good corresponds to the vibration sense of human. In this paper, we conducted the vibration sense of human and floor vibration response that occurs on the floor slab with the rubber ball (ISO 10140-5:2010) used in the field of floor impact sound. We examined the human perception range. Next, when the vibration continued, we examined the relationship between human vibration sense and time characteristics of vibration waveform. As the result, we clarified the range of vibration perception. Next, we proposed the physical quantity considering the vibration perception range and duration of vibration. Furthermore, we showed good correspondence with the physical quantity considering the duration of vibration for the degree of discomfort for vibration.", }
