The pulsating pressure and the hydraulic shock of the fluid can be well absorbed because of the changed pressure generated by the built-in bladder when it encounters the pulsating liquid. An experimental research was conducted to verify the actual muffling performance of the muffler. The test results showed that when the structural parameters are fixed, the performance of the bladder muffler depends on the relationship between the bladder inflation pressure and the working pressure of the hydraulic system. The pulsating pressure and hydraulic shock in the hydraulic pipeline was largely reduced by using the bladder type hydraulic muffler in the medium to high frequency, while the effect was relatively unsatisfying in the low frequency range. The optimal state of the muffler is found by adjusting the inflation pressure of the muffler bladder and the hydraulic pressure of the system. Meanwhile, the theory that the relationship between the inflating pressure in the bladder and working pressure of the hydraulic system is related to the performance of the muffler is obtained.", }
