abstract = "There are about 600,000 people employed in the Polish health care sector. According to the Polish Central Statistical Office, the number of people working in health care and exposed to occupational noise, which is annoying and harmful and can have adverse effects on well-being or physical
health, amounts to 27,000. The paper contains the results of the assessment of working conditions at workstations in selected hospital rooms. The assessment of working conditions was carried out on the basis of environmental measurements. The scope measurements contained the determination
of the following quantities: noise, microclimate and lighting. The measurements there were carried out according to the method as stablished in the standards.",
