Noise control is crucial to the growth of the special group of young children. This article selects different types of child care centers in Westwood, Los Angeles, with the perspective of factor analysis, this article analyzes a series of adverse effects of noise on children's development, vision, hearing, and psychology, and the influence of children's noise on the physical and mental health of teachers and surrounding residents in the center. And using low-tech noise prevention measures and methods, from the community child care center location, layout, interior decoration, surrounding green design and other aspects of noise control summarizes the corresponding design strategy.", }
