The vibration test and simulation are conducted on a certain type of star air compressor. And the simulation and measured acceleration spectrograms were compared and analyzed. The results show that the amplitude of the vibration acceleration of the air compressor crankcase is larger than that of seat in the horizontal direction. The vibration acceleration amplitude of the air compressor concentrate on the frequency band ranging from 0 to 600Hz, the peak value appears at 25 Hz and its frequency multiplication. Comprehensive analysis of the simulation and actual measurement results shows that the vibration in the axial direction of the third and fourth stage cylinder of the air compressor is prominent, that is the vibration of the air compressor in the third or fourth stage is more serious. The conclusion of this article is great of significance for the study of the vibration characteristics of air compressors and provides guides for the optimal vibration control of the air compressor.", }
