Proper choice of noise treatment methods should be made according to actual circumstances. Little effect for noise reduction may be achieved at a very high cost if the generation mechanisms of the major noise sources are ignored, and absorption or insulation methods are simply used. In this paper, the major noise sources in the workshop have been systematically analyzed before noise control measures are taken. And instead of using absorption or insulation methods, a more satisfactory result has been obtained based on targeted process flow improvement. After a systematic consideration, the noise problem has been solved, while the environment benefit of the neighboring residents, the environment benefit of the shop laborers and the economic benefit of the factory have been achieved simultaneously.", }
