And the desired control performance may not always be obtained if only appropriate actuator, high-efficient controller, or highly sensitive transducer is concerned. In this paper, an active vibration control system for typical plate structure is presented from the perspective of systems engineering. The complementation and coordination of the actuator, the controller, and the transducer is considered on the basis of mastering the dynamic performance of the controlled system. The effectiveness of the control system is validated through experiment, and results show that the vibration reduction could be 20dB or even more for low-frequency vibration with line spectra.", }
