Application of the devices is made to a Vibro-Acoustic model of a turbo-prop aircraft showing the advantage of such a device compared to standard non-adaptive Dynamic Vibration Absorbers for noise control. Non-linear transient dynamic analysis validate the basic concept, and the functionality is supported by experimental test results. Various design alternatives are discussed and illustrated by pictures.", }
